The Self-Care in the Workplace program aims to foster positive relationships among staff and enhance the well-being of employees, enabling them to provide better service to the individuals they support. Recognizing that self-care is crucial for effectiveness, this program will empower staff to prioritize their own well-being.
Objectives:
- Educate staff on the importance of self-care in all domains.
- Foster a supportive work environment that promotes morale and reduces stress.
- Encourage staff to adopt self-care practices for improved work-life balance.
